I lead a talented team of product designers, focusing on strategic development and personal growth for each team member. I have successfully improved our internal design processes, which have evolved into the design patterns we utilize today. As the art director, I take full responsibility for the team's tasks and deliverables. I actively participate in design decisions and advocate for our results in discussions with top management.

As a product designer for a leading streaming platform, I contributed to the development and improvement of three key platforms: mobile app, web, and TV. I was part of the UX-Conversion & Retention team, focusing on initiatives aimed at increasing key performance metrics, including:
Time spent within the app
Conversion rates to watching content
User Retention
Duration of viewing per user
SEO performance
Some of my key contributions include:
Designing communication patterns across all platforms
Developing the new main page for the mobile app
Creating the sharing flow for web and app platforms
Introducing a new approach to TV viewing (streaming TV channels)

2022 — 2023
I used to work with students who applied for a yearly ui-ux design course, my main task was to bring a case, present and then meet with students to discuss their design decisions on the case. This allowed me as the designer from IVI make an approach to hypotheses we didn't have time for inside and to develop my skills of design review and giving a feedback. The final point at this activity was a diploma of the case with students presenting their decision. During this period I have worked with about 6 groups of students from BBE and British School of Design.
We have covered Onboarding for streamings, Remote Control for TV App via Mobile, New tactics to raise conversion in Search and Personal Statistics and User Achievements.

The article shows in detail the way TypeType and IVI have created a new product font IVI Sans Base. I represented IVI as a stakeholder and art director during the creation and implementation of the font. The article is written in Russian.
